Atisa is also the developer of several residential developments such as Hacienda Agua Caliente, Hacienda Santa Isabella, Hacienda Las Flores, Cumbres del Pacifico and San Quintin. These developments are comprised of lots that range from 2,300 square feet on the low end to 5,000 square feet on the high end. The different developments have the same high standard of construction typical of Atisa while keeping in mind the diversity of socioeconomic demographics in the city.

  • Hacienda Agua Caliente
    Started in the early 1990’s, Hacienda Agua Caliente is today the most desirable location to live in all of Tijuana. Its upper scale atmosphere and central location satisfies the demanding tastes of many of the city’s residents. Hacienda Agua Caliente offers developed land lots to personal buyers as well as home builders who adhere to Hacienda Agua Caliente’s development policies. Lots in Hacienda Agua Caliente range from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet and in many cases are located behind smaller gated communities.

  • Santa Isabella

    San Quintin is a small development that offers middle class accommodations at affordable prices within the borders of Pacifico Industrial Park. San Quintin’s larger lots attract customers who would like more room for their backyard and personal space than comparably sized homes. The homes at San Quintin offer buyers two-story homes of 1300-1400 sq ft of construction while being situated on lots of about 2,700 square feet.   • Cumbres de Pacifico
    Cumbres de Pacifico is a middle-class development which lies within Pacifico Industrial Park and offers homes on 2,300 to 2,500 square foot lots. The houses on these lots range from 1,400 to 1,700 square feet and provide quick access to the city’s main roads as well as the many plants and factories found in Pacifico Industrial Park.
