Air Conditioning
If you need a certain temperature on the production floor or warehouse, Atisa can easily meet your needs. This is perhaps one of the simplest accommodations that we can do for our clients. The space is bigger; the ceiling is higher; but the same principles of air conditioning that apply to a small home apply to a large industrial building. -
Special Coatings on concrete floor
Many times our clients deal with corrosive materials or have quality control issues which require them to have special coatings on the floor of their industrial building. As our own measure of quality control, all of our concrete floors are polished and given the utmost care because of their importance in the tilt-up construction process. These conditions are excellent for the application of resins, epoxies and other special coatings that may be needed by your business. -
Soundproofing
Research and development as well as quality control may require you to use some sound proofing in your industrial building. Our sound proofing may be as simple as increasing the density of the medium between the sound proof area and its adjacent area, or a matter of managing acoustics through specially angled foam. -
Special Lighting
Requiring more or less light in your building is one of the easiest things to adjust. Many times it’s a matter of simply adding more lights to the ceiling of your building. As a proud member of the USGBC, we strongly recommend the use of energy-saving acrylic skylights that in addition to keeping our construction green, keeps your wallet green too! -

Creating a special foundation for heavy equipment inside of your building is a situation we can easily tackle. After seeing the layout of your production line, we make sure to reinforce the area beneath where your machinery will be. We do all of the earth movement and subgrade compacting of our land, and we stand by the quality of our work. -

Many machines which are pneumatic-based require air lines to shoot compressed air to their working parts. Adding air lines is figuratively and literally a breeze! The air lines your heavy machinery requires are fed by compressors of varying strengths to suit your needs. -
Forklifting Guidance systems
Making the most efficient use of space is at the forefront of many of our clients’ minds, so it moves to the forefront of our minds. Forklifting guidance systems allow our clients to use very narrow aisles, maximizing the space that is used for storage. Narrow vehicles then operate either based on a closed loop wire or a system of two narrow rails.
