Mexico\u2019s on its way to becoming the center of industry in the Americas, with more than 59 million square meters dedicated to this sector in the country.<\/p>\n
There are three cities that stand out in Mexico due to their industrial growth, Monterrey, Juarez and Tijuana. At a national level the industrial demand grew 9% demonstrating that the investors see a healthy market in Mexico in which they can invest.<\/p>\n
The automotive sector is recently representing the highest percentage of demand at a national level, with 33% and logistics at 20%. It is expected that by 2016 these two sectors represent the highest growth at a national level.<\/p>\n
