Therefore, Group Atisa is currently constructing two industrial buildings with the objective of supporting the economic income in the city and the development of new jobs, among the strongest sectors; automotive, aerospace and medical.<\/p>\n<p>The industrial building &#8220;Morado&#8221; is in its final phase of construction, the last details are underway for it to be occupied immediately. The building has a total area of 35,676.61 square feet. The Production surface area is 34,300.13 square feet and the office area is 1,252.07 square feet. This building is ideal for investors who are seeking to enter Tijuana for the first time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/atisa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Morado-1-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-764\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-764 aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/atisa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Morado-1-1-300x196.jpg\" alt=\"Morado 1\" width=\"1080\" height=\"600\" class=\"container \" width=\"1080\" height=\"600\" class=\"container \" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Grupo Atisa is also currently constructing the industrial building \u201cVerde\u201d.
