Robinson and Robinson

Robinson and Robinson was founded in 1989 by brothers Noel and Peter Robinson who moved to the United States after selling their furniture manufacturing business in England. After moving to the United States, manufacturing commenced on leather upholstered furniture in Tijuana, Mexico.

Dorian’s

Dorian’s Tijuana, S.A. de C.V. is a retail store operation that is based out of Tijuana, Mexico. Its stores supply the many consumers of the states of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Nuevo Leon, Guanajuato, Yucatan, and Quintana Roo. It has additional offices in New York, New York; Los Angeles, California; and Mexico. As of December 17, 2004, Dorian’s Tijuana, S.A. de C.V. operates as a subsidiary of Grupo Sanborns SA de CV; both of which are highly respected brands in Mexico.

Soriana

Organizacion Soriana SA de CV (Soriana) is a multi-faceted, expanding Mexico-based company primarily engaged in retail. In Soriana’s network, the stores range in size from Hypermarket size stores to smaller neighborhood stores. Recently Soriana has recently entered the club style store in which customers pay a yearly membership fee to benefit from bulk purchase prices. Through its system, Organizacion Soriana SA de CV has operations established in 32 Mexican states and as of December 31, 2009, was active in the operations of 197 Gigante, Bodega Gigante and Super G stores, in addition to Tiendas Soriana. Carl Zeiss Vision

In 1846 a German manufacturer of optical systems, medical devices and industrial measurements was founded by Carl Zeiss, Ernst Abbe and Otto Schott. This company is one of the oldest existing optics manufacturers in the world and throughout its many years of operation has been motivated and inspired by innovation. Throughout its existence, Carl Zeiss has had technical milestone after technical milestone ranging in areas from making eyeglass lenses faster to frame to improving coating conditions to reduce reflection off of eyeglasses. A leader in all its operations, Carl Zeiss is a mainstay of the optics industry.

The Carl Zeiss AG is a German manufacturer of optical systems, industrial measurements and medical devices founded in Jena in 1846 by Carl Zeiss, Ernst Abbe, and Otto Schott. There are currently two parts of the company, the Carl Zeiss AG located in Oberkochen with important subsidiaries in Aalen, Göttingen and Munich and Carl Zeiss GmbH located in the foundation city Jena. The organisation is named after a founder, the German optician Carl Zeiss (1816–1888).
