Tijuana, the city that agglomerates the greatest number of manufacturing establishments in the country, whose products are exported to various countries. So in accordance to the accelerated growth in the city of Tijuana, Atisa Industrial has developed new projects, currently Atisa has five industrial building available, each of them with a different surface area which will suit the different needs that each customer is looking for.

“Verde”. This building was completed in late August this year, Atisa Industrial saw the need to accelerate the construction, as we had a client with the need to occupy as soon as possible. “Verde” is a divisible building, which currently has an available area of 38,075.58 square feet. It has a height of 28′ and 4 platforms, so it is ideal if you need to use as a warehouse.

“Morado”. This building is located in Parque Industrial Pacifico, it was completed at the end of August this year. This building has a total area of 35,676.61 square feet. In the production area, we can count on an area of 34,300.13 square feet and the office area with 1252.07 square feet. It has a height of 28′, tank with a capacity of 21,133 gallons and has 4 platforms, but if the client requires, to open two more platforms can be opened.

“Mirabella I”. It is located in Pacific Industrial Park, this industrial building was remodeled in 2016. It has a total building area of 32,508.14 square feet. It has two platforms and a ramp, a height of 15′ and tank with a capacity of 10,000 gallons. The building is ready to use immediately.

“Guinda”. Our most recent Project which is about to currently start, the Atisa Industrial team is performing earthwork and all the adaptations necessary to begin construction. “Guinda” will have a total building area of 106,450.93 square feet. In the production area, we can count on 99,874.14 square feet and in the office area totaling 6452.68 square feet.

“Naranja”. This industrial building is located in Bellas Artes Blvd., only 5 minutes from the Otay and with a very fast access road to Tecate. It has a total area of 74,771.29 square foot building. Currently has air conditioning in the office area, 500 KVA’s transformer load center in the production area, tank with 10,000 gallons of capacity and T5 lamps in the production area, with 30-foot candles. As is fully ready for the tenant to occupy the building at any time.

It is worth mentioning that all buildings are constructed under the Tilt-up method, so they have all the benefits that this method brings more strength and durability.
