One of Atisa group’s most current and large projects is the construction of the Industrial building Verde. It’s located in Parque Industrial Pacifico and is available for those companies that require more space for their operation or entrepreneurs who have decided to invest in Tijuana.
Verde will feature approximately 63,764.76 square feet of construction, but it can be expanded up to 105,365.49 square feet if required by the client. It is currently under construction, so adjustments can still be made according to the needs of the company.
Verde was built under the Tilt-up method, so it has all the benefits that the method entails, such as greater resistance and durability. Keep in mind that by using the Tilt-up method, we can achieve better thermal insulation properties, which means that during this season’s heat, the building will be cooler on the inside.
