The industrial building “Morado” is in its final phase of construction, the last details are underway for it to be occupied immediately. The building has a total area of 35,676.61 square feet. Grupo Atisa is also currently constructing the industrial building “Verde”. This building has approximately 63,764.76 square feet of construction and can be expanded up to 105,365.49 square feet if required. Both buildings were constructed using the same tilt-up method. They’re located in Parque Industrial Pacifico, one of the biggest industrial parks in Tijuana.
