Industrial demand in Mexico on the rise

Mexico’s on its way to becoming the center of industry in the Americas, with more than 59 million square meters dedicated to this sector in the country.

There are three cities that stand out in Mexico due to their industrial growth, Monterrey, Juarez and Tijuana. At a national level the industrial demand grew 9% demonstrating that the investors see a healthy market in Mexico in which they can invest.

The automotive sector is recently representing the highest percentage of demand at a national level, with 33% and logistics at 20%. It is expected that by 2016 these two sectors represent the highest growth at a national level.
