Morado is one of the industrial buildings offered by Grupo Atisa to all those businessmen who have decided to invest in the city of Tijuana. Morado is located in Parque Industrial Pacifico.

Morado will have more than 3 thousand m2 for the production area and 110 m2 for the office area. It’s currently being constructed but will be ready by July. Even though it’s not currently ready, it’s still possible to rent and start modifying it to the client’s needs.

Morado, just like the majority of Grupo Atisa’s industrial buildings is located in Parque Industrial Pacifico which is located just minutes from the Otay border crossing and just a few hours away from the Ensenada port. Direct access to Asia and the entire pacific cost of the United States and Central America are accessible from the Ensenada port.

This new industrial building with a more contemporary style was constructed using the tilt up method. It offers some benefits when compared to the traditional methods of construction such as higher resistance and durability. Morado can’t be further expanded since its land has been already used. Its 3,000 m2 can be easily adapted to fit the needs of any client that wants an industrial building.
