The Human Resources Association of industry in Tijuana registered a growth in jobs in the last trimester as well as an increase in the workers’ salary.

During ARHITAC’s partners’ last meeting, it was said that there was a 7% increase registered in job generation in the industrial sector of the city of Tijuana and between 4 and 6% increase in the workers’ salaries.

ARHITAC’s president, Jorge Alberto Godínez Cardenas stated that the recent dollar increase helped position Tijuana as a great place to invest. Companies’ purchasing power also increased by 25% thanks to the dollar increase.
