ATISA Industrial signed a 56,333 sq ft-square-foot lease with Pipedream for the Violeta Building in Pacifico Park in Tijuana, Baja Mexico.

The deal is yet another sign of the burgeoning industrial real estate market in Tijuana, especially after the recent USMCA negotiations.
