1. Location
This is an essential point, you should consider if the location of your industrial building, the distance to the border, airports, roads and ports are convenient. You should also check if there is access to more realty in case you need extra space for an expansion.

2. Production area
Depending on what the company does, you should have a layout of the building. You should consider the size of the production area by taking into account the size of the machinery, quantity of employees, processes, etc.

3. Office area
Don’t forget about your administrative personnel and the office area which can be calculated depending on the amount of personnel in the department. If you just need a warehouse for your products, an office area might not be required.

4. Construction time
