Three new Class A buildings scheduled for 2019
Atisa is on an aggressive build schedule for 2019! To give you a sneak peek – 3 new buildings will be coming, with sizes from 50,000 sq ft up to 100,000 sq ft! Take a look:
- Marfil – This building will have 100,036 sq ft of leasable area, with a warehouse/manufacturing
area of 95, 219 sq ft and an office area of 4,557 sq ft. There is a minimum clearance height of 28 ft. Seven dock doors are built in. It will be built near neighbors such as Sohnen, Zodiac, and
Inventus Power. The scheduled completion date is June 2019.
- Marron – The Marron building will have a warehouse/manufacturing area of 72,932 sq ft and
office area of 3, 519 sq ft. The minimum clearance height of 28 ft will also be present in this
building, and it will have 6 dock doors. Neighbors in this area include Bimbo, DHL, Encore and
Diamond Electronics. The building is scheduled to be available in May 2019.
- Oro – The smallest of the three buildings is Oro, which will have a warehouse/manufacturing
area of 50,003 sq ft and office space of 3,821 sq. ft. The same minimum clearance height of 28 ft. will be present in this building. Three dock doors will be included. Oro is near the Atisa Industrial headquarters and has neighboring companies such as RSI and Baxter. It will be ready in March 2019.
All three of these buildings have the advantage of being just 20 minutes from the San Diego Border.
